ScribbleTime has 9 classrooms and a team of 25 teachers educating and caring for children from the ages of 6 weeks to 5 years. We value a respectful environment, embrace the diversity of our team, and love to have fun!
Our team is extremely supportive of new teachers, and because of this we ensure new teachers are welcomed and prepared. In order to do this, each new teacher comes on board with 3 days of spending time with a variety of employees. The goal here is to get comfortable in the environment, learn the ScribbleTime processes, and get to know everyone! Again, we are a team! So we want to welcome you as a team member. You will also participate in an online orientation during this time. Your supervisor will help you get adjusted to your room and support you as you make this new classroom your own!

We believe in providing our teachers with the necessary resources to be able to develop creative curriculums. We know you are a talented professional, so we want you to have room to let your skills shine. You will have access to the biggest arts, crafts and toy storage room you have ever seen! You will get paid plan time, have access to an extra for those crazy, messy activities, and feel supported if you ever have questions or feel overwhelmed.

COVID and Safety Precautions

Covid changed a lot of things regarding health and safety, but it really didn’t affect ScribbleTime that much, we were already cleaning like this! Who says handwashing is new? We’ve been encouraging it for 16 years. As we told you, we pride ourselves on following state and company policies, we ride or die by our cleaning checklists. We have systems in place to ensure the cleaning is being done, our office team cleans common areas and monitors the overall cleanliness and safety of the center. After everyone leaves, the entire center is sprayed with a misting system of disinfectant. To top that off, a cleaning company comes in at night and washes and cleans all the floors and deep cleans the bathrooms. While we have had a case of covid in the center, it never spread beyond that one person who got it outside the center. We have remained a healthy community throughout this entire pandemic. We have strong relationships with the Department of Health and have been supported this entire time by them. At times, the rules seem very strict for parents, but know that your health and safety is important to us and we have terminated contracts with risky families to do our best to ensure this.
