If you would like to sign your child(ren) up for the hot lunch program simply fill out the lunch option for the days you would like to participate. The weeks listed correspond to the weeks listed on the lunch menu found by clicking "Lunch Menu" . If you have more than one child at the center that you would like to sign up for a hot lunch simply fill out the form for the first child and submit it, then hit the reset button and do the same for the next child.
